Green Tea

After watching all these TV shows proclaiming how “Green Tea” will makehelp you lose weight, I of course jumped right on that band wagon. I was drinking green tea for a bit, but then realized that coffee tasted so much better. To my surprise they actually sell green tea fat burner pills…. HA HA HA I thought, guess I didn’t need to purchase that $1000 treadmill after all. I was so excited not to have to work my ass off every day on the Devil himself Optimus Prime. Then to read the back of the box and find out that you still need to diet and exercise. What a crock - and here I thought I had found the “make you skinny” magic solution.
So, I figured I would give these little green monsters a try anyway. They proclaim: “Liquid-Gel Green Tea Fat Burner is a powerful blend of natural herbal boosters and nutrients that, when used with a healthy diet plan, has a dual action effect on weight loss with helps you: Curb appetite, Kick-start & speed up your fat burning ability (thermogenesis). It in fact, increases your metabolism (burn fat) so the food you eat is bruned to give you energy instead of being stored around your stomach and thighs as fat.”
Whatever… I’ll try it, cause I am so optimistic I’ll try anything once. I’ll have to let you know if I lose more weight then natural. Right now I am on the slow track of 10 pounds a month. And when you are trying to lose weight let me tell you that is not the greatest of numbers for a month. I keep thinking I will magically wake up skinny one day - wouldn’t that be nice. Anyway, if you would like more information about this product or any other product from these guys you can go to http://www.appliednutrition.com/ and check them out. I picked up these pills for about $10 a box and you get 30 liquid gel caps.
Jennie’s still deciding.
